Do you clean the inside of windows too?

Yes. Our window cleaning covers interior and exterior glass and sills. Screen cleaning is available as an add-on. Someone needs to be home to let the crew in for interior cleaning.

Do I have to be home for service?

For exterior-only window cleaning (no screens), pressure washing and gutter cleaning, you don’t need to be home.

How high can you clean?

We clean homes up to three stories above grade. For commercial buildings we use lift access to reach low-rise properties up to three to four stories.

Do you work year-round and in bad weather?

Yes, with a few temperature limits: pressure washing needs at least 40°F, roof washing needs temperatures above 80°F with light or no wind, and gutter whitening runs March through November at 60°F or warmer. If rain, snow or freezing temperatures affect your appointment, the office will contact you that morning to reschedule.
